Cearwater Beach: Clearwater, Florida
Clearwater beach is located on the gulf coast near Tampa. This beach is known for its beautiful white sands and clear waters. There are tons of great restaurants that to check out like the Marina Cantina and Poke Havana. Clearwater Beach also offers attractions for anyone of any age. The pier has many activities including sailing cruises, fishing, and helicopter tours.
Ka’anapali Beach: Lahaina, Maui, Hawai’i
Ka’anapali is the site of Hawaii’s first planned resort for tourists and has since been a hotspot for people all over the world. Three miles of clear sparkling waters and pure white sands it makes for the perfect rest and relaxation spot. After a nice long day at the beach there is a multitude of restaurants and shops in Whalers Village. Other activities that are offered in the area are cliff diving, Zip lining, and world-renowned museums.
Pfieffer Beach: Big Sur, California
Big Sur is known for spectacular views and crazy cliffs. If you’re more of a nature lover this is the beach for you. This isn’t your typical beach. There aren’t many big attractions to keep you busy. Big Sur has many independent art galleries up and down the Pacific Coast Highway and is known as being a place to focus and just be at peace.
Key West: Florida Keys
The Florida Keys are the southernmost part of the United States. The keys are unique they offer miles of gorgeous beaches where you can snorkel and go boating. If you’re not feeling in the mood for water activities, they have more historic things like tours of Ernest Hemingway’s home. Shops, night life, and budget friendly dining can be found on Duval Street.
Jetties Beach: Nantucket, Massachusetts
Looking to visit the Northeastern part of the US, this is a place to go. You cannot go to Nantucket and not visit at least one lighthouse. The history is rich and there is plenty of new things to see to learn all about the culture. When you’re not learning something new about Nantucket, the beaches are great for relaxing and watersports.
Santa Monica Beach: Santa Monica, California

Santa Monica Beach is located 15 miles west of Downtown Los Angeles. There are many activities to keep you busy at the pier such as, arcade games, amusement rides, and nautical activities. There are food trucks and vendor all over as well.
Siesta Beach: Siesta Key, Florida
From sugar fine white sand to the picture-perfect shorelines you can’t go wrong with a trip to Siesta Keys. Beautiful state parks and wildlife/botanical sanctuaries are all around to visit and get fully immersed the nature that is around the area. When you’re not getting to know the plant and wildlife there are tons of boat docks and boating activities to do with people of any ages.
Oval Beach: Saugatuck, Michigan
I bet you didn’t expect a beach that is in Michigan to be on the list. Oval Beach is known for its dark blue waters and huge sand dunes that tower 200 ft above ground level and views of forests in all wither direction.. If you’re looking for a serene place to get away and not have any distractions this is the place to go. There are many lakes, rivers, and creeks to escape to as well.
Nags Head Beach: Outer Banks, North Carolina
This family friendly area of the outer banks is known for its rich history, lighthouses, and secluded beaches. Nags head is perfect for having great family time with activities such as, the North Carolina Aquarium, mini golf courses, and scuba diving and snorkeling. You will never run out of things to go do at OBX.
Panama City Beach: Panama City, Florida
PCB caters to all, families, couples, and students. This beach is in the panhandle of Florida and gulf coast. There are plenty of family friendly places and activities, from Great Cobra Amusement park which offers Go Karts and Racing or Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, this place has a gran maze. This Labryinth is known as being the first in America. There’s something for everyone here, from an array of restaurants to night life.
