Check-In Policy
A credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit is required upon check-in to cover incidental charges, which will place a temporary hold on your funds.

General Information

  • Room taxes and service fees are included in the vacation price.
  • Minimum night stay restrictions may apply.
  • Reservation changes may require hotel authorization and may not always be permitted.
  • Bedding preferences are not guaranteed and are assigned by the hotel based on availability

  • Please check your passport NOW to ensure it is in effect for 6 months beyond your planned travel departure date.
    This is a requirement of the US and Mexican authorities and will result in your inability to travel to the Dominican Republic
    if not satisfied. If you expiration is not within the 6-month time frame you will need to renew ASAP, most likely
    through an expedited application to receive your new passport in time

Pricing and Policies

  • Prices and resort offerings are based on applicable taxes, fees, and service charges at the time of publication and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • FAPA reserves the right to adjust pricing accordingly.
  • All course-related fees are nonrefundable.
  • Travel Itinerary purchased through Beach Travel LLC refunds are only available if you purchase the optional “Cancel for Any Reason” cash-back insurance (premiums are non-refundable) at the time of  depositing your booking.

Additional Notes

  • Resort facilities associated with higher-paying hotels within the complex may not be accessible during your stay.
  • Hyatt Rewards Program points cannot be earned or redeemed for bookings at Hyatt Resorts, nor can reservations be made through Hyatt Resorts’ websites.
  • No changes to any reservation are allowed after the final payment deadline of 12/01/2025.
