- Check-in Policy – Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
- General Information – Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
- Requested bedding is not guaranteed and is assigned by the hotel.Please note bedding type is by request only and is based on availability.
- Prices and resort changes are based on applicable taxes, fees and service charges in effect at the time of this publication are subject to change without notice.
- FAPA reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly. All fees paid for the course are nonrefundable.
- Unless you purchase the cancel for any reason cash back option insurance (premiums nonrefundable) upon booking your room with us offered , there are no refunds.
- While staying at your resort you may not to be able use the facilities and the higher paying hotels within the complex.
- You can not earn IHG points nor use them to book your room in the IHG One Rewards program benefits at Iberostar Beachfront Resorts or book your room through the Iberostar The Club.
- The reservation and enjoyment of stays at hotels operating under the Iberostar brand and its derivatives through the Website will be contracted with the entity identified during the reservation process which may vary depending on the establishment selected and payment method.
- Hotels in the Cancun/Riviera Maya area will be charging an environmental tax of 20 Mexican pesos (approx. $1.60 USD) per room per day at check-out at the hotel.
The charging of the tax is not consistent across all hotels as some have already implemented the charge, while others may start at a later date. At this time, the tax will not be included in the room rates prior to travel and will be collected at the time of the guest’s check-out. - No changes to any reservation will be allowed after final payment date 12/10/2024
FAPA, the Fraternal Association for podiatrists of America, is a nonprofit fraternal organization formed by podiatrists in 1957 to promote fraternal benefits for its members. FAPA’s primary concern is to provide mutual aid and assistance to members including offering emergency loans, short term loans, and podiatric student interest free tuition loans. FAPA contributed over $300,000 to the various podiatric colleges and podiatrist educational medical facilities.
The William L. Goldfarb Foundation is approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education and Podiatric Medicine as a sponsor of continuing education in podiatry medicine. The activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the standards, requirements and guidelines of the Council on podiatrist medical education with a joint provider-ship with William L. Goldfarb foundation and the FAPA fraternal foundation.
All faculty in continuing medical education programs joint partnership by the William L. Goldfarb foundation are expected to disclose to the program audience any real or apparent conflict (S) of interest related to the content of their presentation (S).
