FAPA, the Fraternal Association for podiatrists of America, is a nonprofit fraternal organization formed by podiatrists in 1957 to promote fraternal benefits for its members. FAPA’s primary concern is to provide mutual aid and assistance to members including offering emergency loans, short term loans, and podiatric student interest free tuition loans. FAPA contributed over $300,000 to the various podiatric colleges and podiatrist educational medical facilities.
The William L. Goldfarb Foundation is approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education and Podiatric Medicine as a sponsor of continuing education in podiatry medicine. The activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the standards, requirements and guidelines of the Council on podiatrist medical education with a joint provider-ship with William L. Goldfarb foundation and the FAPA fraternal foundation.
All faculty in continuing medical education programs joint partnership by the William L. Goldfarb foundation are expected to disclose to the program audience any real or apparent conflict (S) of interest related to the content of their presentation (S).
